Abstract


In this study, Hydrilla (Hydrilla verticillata) , by co-cultivation and breeding water culture are two ways to study the impact of the growth of black algae Microcystis aeruginosa (Microcystic aeruginosa) . The study found that the co-culture under the condition of the black algae not only the destruction of the the Microcystis aeruginosa ultrastructure produce , but also its impact on various aspects of physiological and biochemical specific performance Microcystis aeruginosa significantly reduced the amount of cell growth , algal chlorophyll a content and sharp decline in photosynthetic rate , respiration rate , superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity , soluble protein content increased at first and then a downward trend , the accumulation of membrane lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) and the ultra- displayed by the micro- structure of the cell membrane injury extent consistent . The Hydrilla breeding water Microcystis aeruginosa growth inhibition is also very significant . First manifested in the physical destruction of chlorophyll a , thereby reducing the the Microcystis aeruginosa assimilation product to inhibit the growth of Microcystis ; while its impact on respiratory and photosynthetic rate , and it showed in the state by the external stress ; significantly reduce the destruction of the integrity of the cell membrane of Microcystis aeruginosa , a large number of substances within cells oozing , and therefore on the growth performance growth of Microcystis aeruginosa . In the ultrastructure of the cells also confirms the physical destruction of the cell wall , membrane destruction thylakoid disintegration of the damage until the cells of the body lamellae . Visible , black algae secrete certain chemicals to the water on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa impact . Black algae secrete allelochemicals made ??the initial separation , purification and identification . First use of ether , ethyl acetate, petroleum ether three organic solvents black algae farming water extract and concentrate fully concentrate biological detection Microcystis aeruginosa , algicidal effect of the ether extract is the most obvious . Ether extract further gas chromatography - mass spectrometry analysis with potential allelopathic effects of substances found like the lanosterol ene , butyl phthalate .
