Abstract


Internal control is a commercial bank to achieve business objectives, through the development of a series of systems, procedures and methods of risk monitoring, control and correction of the dynamic processes and mechanisms . Effective internal control is to improve the bank's core competitiveness of the key means is to ensure stable operation of the internal banking system . China's four major state-owned commercial banks, after decades of development, in accordance with the basic principles of modern commercial bank's internal controls , the establishment of appropriate internal control structure, but with the \, there are still some gaps. Primarily reflecting : a huge amount of non-performing assets , capital adequacy ratio is low ; financial cases frequent exposure , risk control system is not perfect , and the low level of internal operational issues . For state-owned commercial banks' internal control situation , this article from the ownership , bank organizational structure and system construction and other aspects of cause analysis , and from the sound corporate governance structure , the implementation of joint-stock reform , and promote the reform of personnel incentive and restraint mechanisms , optimizing the organization and management system , sound internal control system and other aspects of the study measures , the ultimate goal is to improve the state-owned commercial banks, the level of internal control , risk prevention and to strengthen its competitiveness in the market .
