Abstract


Industrial clustering as a new form of industrial organization , the industrial development of the economies of scale to be realized, the ultimate realization of regional industrial upgrading is a necessary and important ways . Industry cluster development in today's economy has shown remarkable vitality , caused many researchers in the field and policymakers widespread concern in technological innovation and knowledge innovation to accelerate the fierce competition in the global economy , rooted in a particular industry on the land gathering for enhancing national competitiveness in an increasingly important role in international competitive pressures will prompt the government to take effective measures to develop the industry cluster . Inner Mongolia Dairy Development previews industrial agglomeration, how to nurture and guide their sustainable development continues, is to enhance the economic strength of Inner Mongolia is one of the key issues . In this paper, industrial agglomeration retrospective study , focusing on how to improve the core competitive advantage of regional economic problems , the analysis of the industry cluster definitions, characteristics , formation mechanism at the same time , citing successful examples of foreign industrial agglomeration , and learn from the domestic industrial agglomeration experience and lessons aimed at the use of industrial agglomeration theory and practice of domestic and international industry gathering for the regional implementation of the dairy industry in Inner Mongolia 's economic development strategy for gathering empirical basis for the study . Animal husbandry is the Inner Mongolia region 's economic development a competitive industries, animal husbandry and dairy industry is the most potential for development of the industry, for the development of the dairy industry in Inner Mongolia region has laid a solid foundation. In this paper, the development of foreign dairy context , through the Inner Mongolia dairy industry cluster development status , characteristics, internal organizational structure , leading enterprises in the dairy industry gathering on the role of analysis, pointing out the development of Inner Mongolia dairy industrial agglomeration advantages exist problems and challenges faced by the empirical analysis concludes and gives the Inner Mongolia region to promote regional economic development policy recommendations.
