Abstract


Tea is a kind of second-place drink compared with water. It is not only closely bound up with people’s daily life but has also become the main source of peasants’ income and finance. The Three Gorges area in Yichang is one of the origin place of tea and it is the base for growing fine and famous green tea as well as Yichong tea.The characteristic for the tea production throughout the country and within Hubei province has been carefully analyzed in this article by the analyze of international trade and domestic consuming situation. Through the analyze of three basic organizations of tea industry, the basic principle and strategy in tea development and its ecology have been taken into consideration with its objection. The author believed it is necessary to popularize fine products and tea areas, cultivate the leading enterprise and market, strengthen practicing new ideas with science and technology, consummate distribution system and basic facilities construction. Therefore, a series of concrete measures have been put forward in the article.
