Abstract

The subject of further improve canola meal for monogastric animals pigs and broiler nutritional value and feeding effect has been systematically studied. Pig feeding trials and slaughter test, double-low rapeseed meal type of growing-finishing pig diets suitable level of digestible lysine; investigate the effect of betaine to improve the effective use of canola meal-based diets energy. By metabolic tests and feeding trials to determine the energy levels of canola meal in broiler diets usage and appropriate. The results are as follows: 1. Using two double-low rapeseed meal type growing and finishing swine diets appropriate level of digestible lysine group systems design, research, effective control of the toxic effects of glucosinolates in the body. By Peng Jian (1999b) double-low rapeseed meal lysine apparent ileal digestibility of measurement results, the test set three digestible lysine level (NRC (1998) recommended amount of 100%, 112% and 118% growing season: 0.77%, 0.86%, 0.91%; fattening period: 0.61%, 0.68%, 0.72%), each level of digestible lysine to accept A, B two antibiotic combination treatment. The results showed that in the growing season (30kg-60kg), the level of digestible lysine (0.77%) NRC (1998) recommendations can not meet this stage pig fastest growth rate increased to 112%, when the level of digestible lysine ~ 118% (from 0.86% to 0.91%) obtain better production results in the fattening period (30kg-60kg), along with raising the level of digestible lysine, test (average daily gain of 769g to 800g); pig performance but lower (827g VS 790g VS 750g), this stage NRC (1998) recommended level (0.61%) is appropriate. Test optional A, B combination of two antibiotics are effective to control the occurrence of diarrhea, the better antibiotic B in (P lt; 0.05). The test results confirmed: in conjunction with the digestible amino acids the canola diet can get better production performance and economic benefits; the use of appropriate antibiotics can effectively inhibit the degradation of glucosinolates in animals and toxicity. 2 by feeding trials and slaughter test to study the effect of betaine as an energy control agent. With reference to the NRC (1998) recommended amount and test conclusions to determine the dietary digestible energy (DE) and digestible lysine levels, corn - soybean meal diet control group, group 1 (30kg-60kg stage DE 13.9 mJ / kg; the 60Kg-100kg stage DE 13.8MJ/kg) with different proportions of canola meal (30kg-60kg stage: 10%, 12.5%; the 60Kg-100kg stage: 15.5%, 16%) and other nitrogen replacement The positive control group of dietary soybean meal diet digestion energy value reduced by 100 kcal / kg and 150 kcal / kg, respectively, compared with the positive control group, thereby forming the negative control group (group 2) and the negative control group 2 group ( group # 4), in the negative control diet were added to 0.1% betaine, formed the third group and the fifth group. Weighing 100kg weight each group were randomly selected pigs (2 male, 2 female) were slaughtered determination. The results showed that Group 2, Group 4 and the positive control group between carcass backfat thickness, lean meat was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), and Group 3, Group 5 and Group 1 compared to significant reduced carcass backfat thickness (P lt; 0.05); value reduce the 100Mcal/kg the group, the lower backfat this effect in emergy reduce the 150Mcal/kg the group (P = 0.101). Description betaine can be used as energy regulators to improve the effect of canola low energy diet.
