Abstract

Turmeric , also known as Dioscorea , belonging Dioscoreaceae widely distributed in tropical and subtropical regions. Its rhizomes with edible and medicinal value. Extracted from the rhizome diosgenin yuan, not only is the synthesis of cortisone and other steroids important industrial raw material , but also on plant pathogenic fungi have a certain effect . In this study, turmeric root , leaf material . The collected roots and leaves , cutting back or slice , the home indoor air stalls, and then placed inside the drying temperature 55-60 ℃ , crushed with a grinder . Laboratory with methanol , acetone, alcohol solution , and the solvent mixture of the three extraction by maceration crude extract . Toxicity was measured by Rhizoctonia solani , Fusarium pathogen , Fusarium graminearum and rice bacterial blight , cabbage soft rot bacteria as objects. The crude extract of turmeric mixed in different proportions according to the medium . Then inoculated regular observation of the test fungi and bacteria antibacterial effect . Studies have shown that root extracts of the tested pathogenic fungi and bacteria have different levels of inhibition. In fungi treadmill test , the root of the crude extract ( containing the original drug ingredient 0.01g/ml) on rice sheath blight pathogen , watermelon wilt pathogen inhibition rate (24h) were 100% , 23.35% , on rice grain blight bacteria, watermelon wilt pathogen , Fusarium pathogen inhibition rate (48h) were 78.64% , 13.64% , 38.89% ; treadmill test in bacteria , the root crude extract ( 4% ) of rice white leaf blight pathogen , cabbage soft rot bacteria inhibition rate (24h) , respectively, 51.67% and 61.24% . The liquid in the bacterial culture test , the root crude extract ( 5% ) of rice bacterial blight pathogen , cabbage soft rot bacteria inhibition rate (24h) reached 68.29% and 64.31% . Root extracts and fungicide carbendazim complex antibacterial tests proved that complex agents against Rhizoctonia solani obvious synergies.
