Abstract


In order to improve the quality supervision departments in the complaint handling efficiency, through the review of the development status of credit at home and abroad , combined with the field of Quality Supervision complaints realities of research in the field of Quality Supervision complaints credit index system , the use of computer-aided credit analysis , apply online complaint system . The complaint credit model can effectively rank the credit status of complaints for quality supervision departments to provide behavioral decision . Main work . ( A ) an overview of the development of credit at home and abroad , analyzes the development of a complaint credit conditions, credit risk factors. Based on the theoretical analysis , the establishment of the field of Quality Supervision producers, consumers and sellers of the three credit analysis index system, and data association model . Combined application in the field of Quality Supervision complaints analyzes credit risk management and quality supervision department of the basic conditions of complaint information management . ( Two ) credit model in the study based on the analysis of the decision support system function model to study the complaint decision support system architecture , analyzes the field of Quality Supervision complaints credit decision-making process and procedures , and theoretically studied the application decision Support Systems decision derived results. ( Three ) has developed a complaint credit online decision support system, the main features are : consumer complaints , complaint handling , consumer complaints and other information about dynamic analysis , which focuses on analysis of consumer complaints, producers and sellers of credit impact from a software perspective established consumers, producers and sellers of the three credit -linked model .
