Abstract


This paper summarizes the results of previous studies on the basis of Marxist historical materialism as a guide , with the history of literature , the use of historical data analysis methods , through a comprehensive study of the early Western Han Dynasty more than 60 years of national ideology and national policies as well as the relationship between the two , trying to reveals the the early Han ethnic ideology inevitability and national policy rationality , ultimately clarify the historical role of the national ideology and national policy in the early Han Dynasty . A period of thinking is inevitable with the stigma of the times . National ideology of the Qin Dynasty and early Han the central regime forces , ethnic distribution , as well as the central government and minority relations impact , early Han ethnic ideology with its own characteristics : both think the foreign barbarians differently , discrimination against minorities , but also willing to work with minority ethnic equality exchanges ; both the desire to live in peace with the ethnic minorities , have surrendered to the Huns and appease the idea of other nations , but they are Hua Yi dominate ideal target . Theory to guide practice . With the guidance and influence of the national ideology in the early Han Dynasty , the Han Dynasty set and implement a series of national policy : with the Huns and the pro- canonized minorities upper accept Xiangfu minorities to take an active frontier defense measures , settings officials strengthen surrounding included minority management perfect Bongsudae system , to give up the management of Southwestern Minority , and so on . These policies are practical and effective fight for a peaceful and stable environment for a longer period for the restoration and development of social production , the promotion of national exchanges and unified multi-ethnic country further development had an important impact , to lay the Han dynasty in an important position in the history of played an important role .
