Abstract


The successful implementation of LangFang telecom website will be inestimable benefit. however, traditional website development process, which exist many problems, is not standardized in management.The thesis takes the website of Lang Fang telecom development process as main object of studying, on thorough analysis process administration applicative basis building overall process in website, the entire proceeding of website construction having assumed innovation and probes nature research.Analyzed of the needs of the project management process and specifically mentioned the construction site management and customer obligations, and Website construction of Langfang Telecom for the physical implementation.Analyzed and improved the system design aspects of website construction, analysis of the configuration of the project management process, configuration management practices proposed to improve programs and advocacy for this baseline configuration management and change established practices. Analysis of test process management of the site specific issues proposed new ideas and tested management metrics.Through the use of project management and software development process of the contents the Website in Langfang the actual management of the construction process analysis and research, and propose appropriate solutions and reference standards, improve the current site building management system. At the same time these findings also guide the process of building the site, and also to provide theoretical support for the follow-up construction sites.
