Abstract

In cattle MOET technology application process, the donor cow superovulation technical efficiency and acceptor cattle embryo transfer efficiency is affected MOET technology application and promotion of several key issues. In this study the high-yielding Holstein heifers and cattle farming areas receptors as experimental subjects for superovulation techniques and receptor cattle embryo transfer technology for a more in-depth research, MOET technology designed to promote the use of large area provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance, studies show. (A) young Holstein cows in superovulation experiments, the application of different doses of domestic FSH (7.0mg, 8.0mg, 9.0mg) superovulation treatment, the average number of corpus luteum (10.50 ± 2.81,12.10 ± 4.72,12.75 ± 3.92) difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05); number of oocytes (7.83 ± 1.72,8.30 ± 3.74,9.63 ± 4.72) was not significant (P gt; 0.05); average number of embryos available (4.83 ± 2.23,5.80 ± 2.97 , 5.13 ± 2.03) was not significant (P gt; 0.05). Application of different doses of imports FSH (280,320,360) superovulation treatment, the average number of corpus luteum (8.25 ± 3.40,9.50 ± 1.90,7.50 ± 4.20) was not significant (P gt; 0.05); number of oocytes (7.00 ± 4.08,7.25 ± 1.50,6.50 ± 3.00) was not significant (P gt; 0.05); average number of embryos available (4.25 ± 2.63,5.25 ± 1.50,5.00 ± 2.94) was not significant (P gt; 0.05). Different sources hormone (FSH domestic and imported FSH) in the summer youth superovulated cows, the average number of corpus luteum (4.83 ± 1.74,8.38 ± 2.39) difference was significant (P lt; 0.05); average number of embryos available (2.67 ± 0.81,5.25 ± 1.38) difference was significant (P lt; 0.05), domestic FSH hormone in different seasons superovulated Holstein cows when young, ovarian corpus luteum average number (4.83 ± 1.74,11.25 ± 2.65) were significantly different (P lt; 0.01); The average number of embryos available (2.67 ± 0.81,5.88 ± 1.35) difference was significant (P lt; 0.05). (2) different methods of estrus synchronization (CIDR France, twice PG Act) processed receptors cattle, estrus synchronization rate (83.87%, 65.52%) was not significant (P gt; 0.05), transplantation pregnancy rate (52.9%, 60 %) does not significantly difference (P gt; 0.05). (3) receptors of different varieties of cattle embryo transfer experiment, when the receptors in 1.5-3 years old cattle, Luxi cattle and Simmental hybrids portable proportion (29.59%, 48.72%) significantly different (P lt; 0.05 ), pregnancy rate (20.69%, 57.89%) were significantly different (P lt; 0.01). Charolais hybrids with native Mongolian cattle pregnancy rate (18.18%, 50%) was significantly different (P lt; 0.01). Hybrids Charolais Simmental crossbred cattle with pregnancy (18.18%, 57.89%) were significantly different (P lt; 0.01). At different ages, the proportion of Luxi cattle Portable (29.59%, 43.75%) significantly different (P lt; 0.05), pregnancy rate (20.69%, 42.86%) significantly different (P lt; 0.05), Charolais cross cow pregnancy rate (18.18%, 40%) significantly different (P lt; 0.05). (4) step pipette method after planting different balance of ice time on the impact of embryo transfer experiments, A-level balance before and after embryo implantation 5min with ice plant ice balanced 5-10min before and after pregnancy rate (66.7%, 28.6%) was significantly different (P lt; 0.01), with 10-5min pregnancy rate (66.7%, 33.3%) was significantly different (P lt; 0.01) ,10-10min embryo pregnancy rate between the Class A (66.7%, 19.04%) differences were highly significant (P lt; 0.01). (5) different levels of luteinizing receptor cattle embryo transfer experiments, A grade and B grade pregnancy rate (73.33%, 33.33%) significantly different (P lt; 0.05), A-class and C-class pregnancy rate (73.33% , 0) were significantly different (P lt; 0.01). Class B and Class C pregnancy rate (33.33%, 0) were significantly different (P lt; 0.01). (6) Cattle exogenous progesterone receptors and the control group in the embryo transfer (60.87%, 51.85%) was not significant (P gt; 0.05). (7) receptors cattle recharge V ADE , recharge selenite injection, V ADE selenite and blank group Portable rate (47.83%, 48.00%, 46.42%, 36.84%) was not significant (P gt; 0.05), transplant conception rate (54.55%, 58.33%, 53.85,57.14%) was not significant (P gt; 0.05) . Use high-protein (16% ≤ CP ≤ 20%) feed formulation and the control group (12% ≤ CP ≤ 16%) feed formulation, receptors cattle transplant proportion (18.46%, 53.19%) were significantly different (P lt; 0.01) transplant conception rate (56.00%, 16.7%) significantly different (P lt; 0.05). Day 2.5kg concentrate feed fed cattle transplant receptors conception rate has improved to some extent, but at 1.5kg fed cattle fodder receptor transplant CR (66.7%, 50%) was not significant (P gt; 0.05). (8) Sexing MOET technology can rapidly improve the technical and economic benefits.
