Abstract


Objective To study the different syndromes of acute stroke patients at different time points serum S100B protein expression differences and neurological deficit scores and activities of daily living scale score , from the point of view of serum S100B protein in acute brain clinical significance in patients with stroke the TCM type , severity, Evaluation and prognosis , and to provide a scientific basis for the modernization of Chinese medicine . Method 1 study : patients enrolled : March 2003 to 100 acute stroke patients hospitalized in October 2004 . 2 diagnostic criteria : Western diagnostic criteria : diagnostic criteria established by the 1995 Fourth National Stroke Conference . TCM Syndrome Standard : \3 Exclusion criteria : ① All patients were unintentional , acute and severe lesions of the lung , liver , kidney , cancer , history of acute trauma and inflammation of the brain , brain trauma , demyelinating lesions . ② who do not meet the inclusion criteria , can not determine the card type and incomplete information . 4 All patients on admission stroke clinical neurological deficit scores standard score , activities of daily living scale (ADL) score in March . 5 S100B protein detection methods : All patients at the time of admission , three days , seven days venous blood were measured by ELISA S100B protein concentration . 6 Statistical analysis : measurement data using analysis of variance , correlation analysis using Pearson correlation analysis .
