Abstract


With the development of modern industry , the coordinate measuring machine is becoming a leading machinery manufacturing testing equipment . The coordinate measuring machine automation , intelligent degree of also increasing , the smart coordinate measuring technology and virtual coordinate measuring machine is one of the dominant direction of the coordinate measuring machine . They are required that can automatically identify the CA D design drawings and generates the workpiece of three-dimensional graphics , and this one the CAD feature recognition and data extraction technology that coordinates the geometric characteristics is the key measurement of functional parts directly from CAD drawings . The subject in the CAD / CMM integration technology based on the secondary development of CAD tools ObjectARX , Visual C 6.0 as a development environment , combined with the MFC class library , secondary development of MDT (AutoCAD) , extracted graphics data , coordinate measuring accordingly develop detection path to complete the automatic measurement . Of the theoretical research and practical development combining organic . Development tools, platform , ObjectARX MDT in the three-dimensional surface model and solid model graphic information extraction using MDT . And , MDT can import IGES and STEP graphics files from other CAD systems , so , in other CAD graphics in MDT can achieve the extraction of the graphical information . Graphic information data extracted from MDT to exchange data via the COM interface and coordinate measuring machine , coordinate measuring machine plan pursuant to which the measurement path , automatic measurement .
