Abstract


According to color theory and the basic principles of the printing process , using numerical analysis method, newsprint printing process color management issues studied experimentally ; explored the color image on the monitor and the printed proofs coloration consistency issues. Newsprint coloring to elucidate the physical mechanism , revealing the replication process printing proofs from the display to the color conversion law is important. Main Content : Design and production of newsprint suitable target color color management ; experimental verification of the color gamut of the target size , and analyzes the reasons for generating color ; through electronic and printed color target contrast , the use of mathematical regression method was established between the two the relationship between a function ; evaluate the color quality of newsprint printing ink , the printing characteristics of the curve of newsprint . Experiments show that : the design meets the newsprint target color gamut of the basic requirements ; establishment of an electronic color printing color target and newsprint target corresponding color L *, a *, b * values ??of the function , and prove that it is non-linear relationship ; newsprint printing inks show the basic properties of color involved in a wide range of target guidance , access to the basic parameters of newsprint and printing process basic law . The main conclusions of this paper is applied to production practice, not only can improve the quality of newsprint and printing speed can be increased , so that newsprint gradually digitized and standardized management, stable product quality. For further study of newsprint printing color management issues laid the foundation for the implementation of enterprise in the printing process to provide a reliable basis for color management . To promote color management and standardization of data research, promoting the development of science and technology printing has important theoretical and practical significance.
