Abstract


The discussion depends River larger inland river in China 's northwest region , mainly related to Jiuquan and Jiayuguan City , Gansu Province . Basin obvious contradiction between water supply and demand , and the complexity of the relationship between groundwater, surface water conversion , water disputes are frequent . One hand, with the the watershed economic and social development , water supply and demand changes in the status of the economic and social development and the protection of the ecological environment water demand increasing scarcity of water resources have become increasingly prominent , fundamental , competitive , and thus led to a series of serious social and economic problems ; on the other hand , due to the upper, middle and downstream water resources allocation unreasonable , further exacerbating the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources , causing water to downstream areas decreasing water tables are falling , the water quality is constantly deterioration , vegetation degradation , a direct threat to the safety of the ecological environment , the issue of water resources has become serious constraints watershed building a moderately prosperous society . Papers starting from the evaluation of the water resources and their characteristics , a comprehensive analysis of the situation and the existing problems of the basin water resources development and utilization of water-saving , anti-pollution , ecological environment protection and construction of a basic point and intended utilization of water resources and water conservation planning program analysis of the regional water supply and demand situation in the case of different options , the carrying capacity of water resources in the regional economic and social development , through research and water - saving programs and rational development of water resources use programs for regional and long term water resource utilization countermeasures . Thesis through the establishment of River Basin Water Resources Decision Support System , a comprehensive study of the basin surface the groundwater into each other relationship , analysis of the law of the water cycle in the water system , based on the principle of water balance , equilibrium calculation and evaluation of groundwater resources , surface water and groundwater resources in a unified evaluation and planning surface groundwater joint scheduling makes efficient use of water resources rational allocation .
