Abstract


In the competitive environment of economic globalization and China's accession to the WTO , Chinese enterprises should be based on the domestic and the world, and actively carry out international business activities , to participate in the world economic cycle , to improve international competitiveness . This paper the the Qiyuan electromechanical existing business strategy , demonstrated through the analysis of the industry 's global competitive environment and the company's internal conditions , the necessity and feasibility of international operations , and the use of cross-border operations , international trade and industrial structure theory and a combination of market segmentation method to determine the target market countries of India , Pakistan and Iran as Qiyuan Electromechanical international operations ; to use OIL model and cost analysis model , analysis of the company's international operations should take into the manner and mode of operation of international trade and contract management that the company may choose to choose direct exports and turnkey projects as a mode of entry , as a mode of operation . Proper measures to ensure the success of the strategy implementation . International business strategy , the paper suggested that the company should carry the company's internal organization and management , to do a good job of market forecasts , good market information collection , and take full advantage of e-commerce , establish and improve the incentive mechanism , create a learning organization , attention to staff training and good risk prevention and control work .
