Abstract


From the commercial banks for hundreds of years of development history, the banking industry on economic, society than ever before huge. The global financial crisis is almost spread from the banking crisis, is closely related to economic and social stability and the stability of banks. The current world is a world of economic globalization, financial globalization, multinational banks is the development trend of world banking. The financial market is gradually opening up in the context of China, on China's commercial banks on how to realize the globalization management in-depth research, has important theoretical and practical significance. First, commercial banks Chinese implementing international operation of China's economic and social development and has important significance to safeguard national financial security. Secondly, the commercial bank Chinese internationalization is an important means to rapidly improve market competitiveness. Third, commercial banks China implementing international operation to meet the financial needs of the international and domestic Multi-National Corporation. Fourth, the implementation of the international business of commercial banks Chinese, participation in the international financial market, is an important way to increase profits. Starting with analysis on the bank internationalization theory, draw on the successful experience of the internationalization of multinational banks in developed countries, this paper analyzed and summarized the current situation and problems of the development of commercial banks of our country, put forward the our country commercial bank internationalization strategies and proposals for reform. The article is divided into five chapters, the specific contents are as follows: the first chapter analyzed our country commercial bank to implement the internationalization strategy is the inevitable choice in the current background of financial globalization. From a macro point of view, the internationalization of commercial banks in China is an important means to promote national economic development and safeguard China's financial security and sovereignty interests; from the microcosmic aspect, the internationalized operation of Chinese commercial banks can open the international financial market, and continuously improve the performance and competitiveness of banks. The second chapter reviews the related theory and motivation model motive of international management of commercial banks. Basic theory of internationalized operation of commercial banks from the transnational operation theory, including the theory of international trade and international investment, the internalization theory, location theory and industrial organization theory. Finally the use of motivation model to analyze the motivation of internationalization of commercial banks. International business model in Chapter third, multinational banks in developed countries and regions are summarized and comparative analysis. The USA, Europe, Japan and some developing countries commercial bank internationalization management summary, analysis to our country commercial bank internationalization beneficial experience and lessons management. The fourth chapter summarized the present situation and the problems of the current our country commercial bank internationalization. In this chapter, based on reviewing the development of commercial banks in China's history, and put forward the main problems facing the internationalization management strategy of commercial bank in china. The fifth chapter proposed our country commercial bank internationalization strategies and proposals for reform. In the light of the main problems facing the implementation of the internationalization strategy of the Commercial Bank of our country at present, put forward the strategies and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of and supervision of the selection strategy, market target market. The internationalization of commercial banks in China is still in the initial stage, compared with multinational banks in developed countries, management system, business philosophy and market competitiveness is still a big gap. Therefore, this paper is based on the optimization to enhance the international competitiveness of China's commercial banks, international development strategy of our state-owned commercial banks under the background of financial globalization, put forward to accelerate the development of the internationalization strategy of Chinese commercial bank.
