Abstract


No physical exercises as a method of training actors , contain virtually the actors inside and outside of all the elements of the quality of training . Stanislavsky said physical exercises for actors like singer vocalization , a lifelong need to adhere to the practice . Performing arts is the art of action . Physical exercises is a purposeful , logical , sequential process of physical movement . Through non- physical exercises is to make students learn certain tasks , in certain provisions situations , effectively organization there is a logical sequence of stage action ; habit of action imagine ; gradually expand into different object attitude change different environmental attitude changes are application line body action working methods assume that task and hypothetical situations ; thus extended to the creation of the role of \In short , should pay attention to physical action practice in performing teaching enlightenment role , it will give the students lay a solid basis of realism performances . So, in this paper discuss physical exercises , on the one hand as a training method in performing basic teaching , while as actor culture always to adhere to and develop a work study .
