Abstract


The problems of the poor students , personnel training process must properly resolve an important issue, and has always been the concern of the party and the government , subject to the concerns of the community . China is currently in the primary stage of socialism , the country decided efforts need to go through a longer period of time in order to eliminate the gap between urban and rural areas , and the gap between rich and poor . Poor students will be relatively long period of existence and sometimes very prominent . According to the survey , college students , the proportion of poor students in an average of more than 20% of this special group become an important content of Higher Education Management , not only directly related to the healthy growth and talent of the poor students , but also related to the school and society stability related to personnel training goals . Therefore, the study of this group of poor students has important theoretical and practical significance . The problem of poor students , not only related to economic issues , also involves ideological problems . Poor economic conditions , and their campus life and learning is different from other students : the lack of substance , the anxiety for the protection of life , access to the dilemma of living resources and learning conditions , lack of the necessary conditions of interpersonal and personal development confusion, so that they faced the moral confusion and conflict , in life , learning to feel the ethical troubled interpersonal and personal development . These problems , it is due to the impact of poverty on life and values ??, as well as the formation and development of morality . Can not turn a blind eye to this phenomenon , natural , must establish a correct outlook on life and guide them to solve their practical difficulties , the formation of the social mainstream values ??and ethics , to resolve ethical plagued by poor students due to financial difficulties and ideological problems . This paper based on the basic point of view of Marxist Ethics , poor students living in close contact with the actual thinking of combining the disciplines of sociology and psychology of knowledge and research methods , entering from the ethical point of view , through Ethical distress this perspective to analyze the ideological problems of poor students , which proposed policies and measures to solve the awareness of the problems of the poor students into a new field , and also provide a useful reference for the moral education of the poor student groups work carried out for the college .
