Abstract


The theory of industrial layout and reveal the distribution law of industrial space, and it involves a country's multi-level, multi-industry, by the formulation and implementation of a variety of factors affect the overall and long-term strategic plan of national economic construction. Are in the late stage of industrialization, industrialization swept through the country, while the auto industry as the dominant industry of industrialized, positive role in the growth of the national economy increasingly significant, the automotive industry has become a hot spot of Applied Economic Research . However, most studies have only limited research on some aspect of the automotive industry or a region, is the relative lack of research combined with regional development from the point of view of the national auto industry layout. The automotive industry has become China's 27 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and pillar industries, the automotive industry, the rational distribution plays an important role in regional economic development as well as the development of the national economy as a whole. In this paper, industrial layout theory and regional economic development theory, the new perspective from a combination of industrial development and the development of regional coordination, research and explore the development of the automotive industry, the development of the automobile industry and regional coordinated development combine to the reality of the layout and development of the auto industry and layout theory and regional development theory based countermeasures reference, not only for the global development of China's auto industry to explore a new model for the coordination of regional development in China. This paper a more comprehensive analysis of the distribution of the national automobile industry organization, product distribution and regional distribution of production. Product distribution, China's auto industry and foreign, have been more reasonable; organizational structure, has been a high degree of concentration, but there are still a large number of small, poor enterprises to be consolidated; distribution in the production area view from the vehicle, spare parts, and the stock of fixed assets, has been a focus on the trend. The article discusses the negative effects brought about by the auto industry layout, location factors, gathered the three factors of the factors and governmental factors, the impact of the current auto industry layout. Combination of the industrial base of the country's automotive industry and the main factors affecting the automotive industry layout, the article is divided into the National Automobile origin with international influence, national impact, the regional impact of the local impact zones, and one second region, linking the three zones, forming the point - axis - the development of the network model, initially with the development trend of the automotive industry group axis wings, which axis is the industrial group of the Yangtze River basin, two wings, respectively, for the ring Bohai Bay and the southeast coastal industries. Finally, from the micro-level - corporate and macro level - the government proposed to optimize the layout of the auto industry taking into account the coordination of regional economic development strategies.
