Abstract


Firstly, from the point of view of systems engineering, supply chain management and integrated supply chain theory based, combined with the current development of the automotive industry to build automotive supply chain integration, and analysis of the car integrated supply chain management several the decision problems need to be resolved: the integrated supply of auto parts supplier evaluation and selection: high-precision goods vehicle market demand forecasts in order to reduce the impact of the bullwhip effect; overall performance evaluation of the automotive industry's integrated supply chain problems . And then from the three aspects of the in-depth study and exploration, respectively, established the evaluation system of auto parts suppliers and automotive integrated supply chain overall performance evaluation system, do some research and in the decision-making methods and the application of the decision-making model and analysis. The main research content and innovation as follows: 1.
