Abstract


Matrimonial property system is an extremely important relationship between husband and wife legal system , has a very important position in the marriage and family legislation . The economic base of the property relations between husband and wife , but also affect the spiritual life of marriage and family . With the rapid development of China 's market economy , the type of property is increasing. Changes to the Marriage Law in 2001 , to establish a jointly owned property regime and the couple personal property system . Then the introduction of the Marriage Law to explain (a ) , ( b) made ??a further refinement of matrimonial property regimes , relative to before the amendment of the Marriage Law , the new Marriage Law, the definition of marital property has been a major breakthrough .
