Abstract


This dissertation studied disposing assets efficiency and system of China Asset Management Corporations. At the same time, it researched about the pattern of Asset Management Corporation’s applying value and conditions on disposing large-scale non-performing assets of banks to supply benefit theoretical reference for China Asset Management Corporations’ running. The study train of this dissertation is as follows: Firstly it introduced efficiency achievement of economics theory; Secondly, analyzed international patterns of Asset Management Corporation; Then, emphasized on advanced situation of civil Asset Management Corporations. Based on these research, it objectively analyzed the efficiency and system of China Asset Management Corporations in China’s NPL resolution with some cases and pointed out its influence, it also thoroughly analyzed the detailed reasons which caused the efficiency problem in the system; Finally, it gave countermeasures and suggestions especially for improving the disposal efficiency of China Asset Management Corporations.
