Abstract


The purpose of this system we have developed first in order to reform the traditional evaluation methods,The creation of a new system of student evaluation。and second, the use of information technology to achieve the e-portfolio system, electronic and network.Based on the new curriculum reform to students the requirements of scientific evaluation, analysis, design and partial implementation of the overall quality of evaluation requirements to adapt to growth of e-portfolio system for students. And the drawbacks of the traditional educational evaluation, combined with the new curriculum reform, assessment requirements for students to analyze the advantages to electronic portfolio assessment and feasibility. In this paper, studies based on student e-portfolio system, discussed and based on B/S (Browser/Server)mode of multi-layer architecture.The database server uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000,using the ASP language development, with links to database using ODBC (Open Database Connection) mode; through student e-portfolio system, system development in this field study to build comprehensive, pluralistic evaluation system.Growth portfolio system designed in this paper the general framework of Figure consists of four layers:data layer, function module layer, the application module layer and application layer. System to provide students with personalized room to grow, while use of knowledge management ideas and technology, through indexing the contents of the file map, in order to enable students to choose according to the index representation of information, from multiple perspectives and multi-level recording and display growth trajectory. Finally a brief introduction of the e-portfolio used in evaluation of student performance in practice there are some problems for the future development of better and more comprehensive e-portfolio system, students lay the foundation.
