Abstract


Each student has different learning advantage , there are different interest point operations as an important part of the teaching , in individualized inconvenience implementation , we can try those people in the industry , job arranged to address the students differences concern the student body , real learning process to the students , the operations have become a growing point of the development of the students . Operating characteristics of this form of teaching , is that it is a relatively independent learning activities of students according to the requirements of the teachers , not under the direct guidance of the teachers , nor as classroom teaching as an organized form of collective and learning conditions , the job helps develop students ' independence , but also to facilitate teachers ' individualized . This paper is different from the objective reality of the physical learning , individualized educational psychology theory, the theory of multiple intelligences and humanistic learning theory based on the design of hierarchical job type , the implementation of the layered arrangement of the job , sub- layer marking , hierarchical guidance , looking for an entry point and the point of integration between group of students is layered and structural knowledge , looking for a fundamentally over the sea issues \each student in a suitable job success and further development of physical interest in learning and learning ability . This attempt proved feasible and effective .
