Abstract


According to the basic education curriculum innovation that is being carried out in our country, it is definitely held out that every child is certain to grow up happily. Whether teachers can gain happiness from their work is very important both to the .up growth of teachers and to the development of students. Su HuoMu and Lynskey said, "If you hope teachers’ labour can bring about pleasure to turn having lessons every day into not less than a dull and boring task, you will lead every teacher to a pleasant highway to pursue their studies." How to have teachers enjoy the happiness of this kind of research? This article relates to the practical exploration of availability.Impulsed by the thoughts of Post Modernism, Narration Research is slowly springing up in the field of liberal social science. Nowadays it is being applied in the educational research and canonized. The stories told by Education Narration Research are based on the real school life and problems. The main body of research is made up of teachers. Therefore, teachers are in favour of this research. This article gives a whole introduction of Education Narration Research from the lay of theory. More importantly, the article presents the course of practice during which teachers are taught how to use "Attempt — Development — Generalization" in the gradual deduction to go in for Education Narration Research. Education narration described in the course is lifelike and vivid as if on the spot in person. It is testified in practice that, during education and teaching, teachers can freely express their own experiences and inner taste, and make their own daily life colourful and meaningful. In this way, teachers’ work and life are full of high value of existence .They can share the happiness from education. The studies indicate that Education Narration Research has a broad and bright prospect in middle schools and primary schools.
