Abstract


The authors believe the current implementation of innovative learning in primary and secondary schools with urgency and effectiveness , analysis of the constraints generated by the innovative learning environment impedance factors focus on the level of psychological environment , the three teaching in the classroom teaching mode , and the creation of innovative learning environments to explain a number of countermeasures . Teachers must have appropriate literacy and Foster democracy , scientific , personality , open banner clearly recognize that the educational needs passion and life to embrace consciously cultivate happy to share , good communication, and a sense of commitment and innovation of democratic character between teachers and students faithful friends , multifaceted , deep -level communication and exchanges with each other constantly , creating a mutual respect , trust and cooperation of the liberal democratic atmosphere , harmonious relationship between teachers and students with the psychological atmosphere of harmony , a good faith heart to accept students, and their areas of time and space to develop innovative thinking , broad stage of personality development for each student , so that everyone can feel self- dignity , the value of existence , the spiritual growth of the pleasure .
