Abstract


This paper uses a research and comparative approach , compared to the first generation of the new generation of migrant workers and migrant workers to study the similarities and differences , through the new farmer workers overall situation , and land , hometown ties career choice condition, the city lifestyle acceptance, social interaction, self-identity , and expectations for the future seven aspects of description and analysis , in-depth and accurate grasp of this special group of migrant workers in the internal structure and internal divisions , the new generation of migrant workers to understand the unique characteristics, master generation of migrant workers in the role of cognitive and practical role of the actual situation , favorable and unfavorable conditions , and made available to the Government departments and relevant organizations to absorb suggestions and measures. While this survey research data for China's new generation of migrant workers , especially migrant workers studied the accumulation of the original material , for our generation of migrant workers in-depth research to provide a reference .
