Abstract


University Laboratory plays an important role in developing students’ability in solving practical problems, doing scientific researches and being creative. A well-found informative and integrated management system on experiment teaching is strongly needed as the fundamental guarantee of scientific modernization of laboratory and teaching models. It could be of great use not only in improving the teaching effect and inspiring students’initiatives, but also in fully applying the laboratory resources, raising the efficiency of teachers and standardizing the laboratory management.The system, Informative and Integrated Management System on Experiment Teaching, designed in this thesis paper, tries to fulfill the practical expectation of both the experimental teaching and the actual needs in management business processes of Experiment Center of Electrical and Electronic in Dalian Maritime University. Basing on the actual campus network, it is built to be an open and multi-functional integrated information management platform.The system applies the object-oriented analysis and design methods, using Unified Modeling Language (UML) to build models. With ASP.NET2.0 and Ajax as the primary technology, SQL Server 2000 database as a background for development and implementation, this system is based on B/S and C/S mixed-mode and three-tier logical construction.
