Abstract


School legal education is a major theoretical and practical significance of systems engineering, is an important factor for the smooth realization of modernization and socialist market economy. With the gradual improvement of China's legal system building, the establishment of the system of legal education of the school, the school's legal education more significant results, increase students' awareness of the Constitution, democracy and legal awareness. \It should be noted, however, school legal education work there are still many weak links and problems to be solved, the situation is not optimistic. Students in various stages of legal education from primary to university, legal awareness and legal concept is still weak, should see that students generally low level of interest in the national legal system building, a sense of trust law, law and order compliance also relatively low, poor practical legal. Knowing their study of law, value evaluation of legal knowledge, are able to make the right choice for their actions in specific life it is difficult to correct awareness of the law to make a choice, knowing but not law-abiding. Seen in the years to get a law education learning, students in some way and did not form a strong and solid foundation of legal knowledge and awareness of the law, the legal concept of the gradual deepening of step-by-step from the learned knowledge of the law gradually refined internalized into their inner awareness and conviction of a habitual leading aware of but can not lead to the law has been the phenomenon, indicating that the legal concept of legal education imparted foundation is not strong, and you want to make in-depth student ideology, from primary school to university legal education from the educational purpose of understanding to the goal of establishing a unified, the implementation of the contents of the formation of a progressive approach to the sequence will be serialized. Present situation and problems of legal education in our schools, to further enhance and improve the effect of legal education in schools, improve the fundamental ideology and firmly establish the students' awareness of the law and legal concept, to further improve the overall quality of students, and ultimately into line social construction needs of the compound talents, this paper presents serialized school legal education currently being implemented should be further to the overall planning and phased implementation ideas.
