Abstract


As the important measures of promoted the development of scientific and technological industry and improving the quality of national economy, Business Incubator and the venture capital have great promoted in china. And ever the number and the quality, Chinese Business Incubator already in the top class in world. Now it faces all kinds of challenges and opportunities. But most of them encounter many problems, for example: the source of capital very simplicity, the function of Business Incubator very simplicity, the effect of Incubator with the scientific and technological company was not very attractive, etc. How can the Business Incubator going now? The venture capital could resolve many the problems that the Chinese Business Incubator run into in some degree.The venture capital mixed the business incubator is the current new hot point. Make the venture mixed with the business incubator could resolve the most important trouble with business incubator run into, it is capital. In the fact, there are many example to Business Incubator mixed venture investment ,many success and many failed .If you want make more and more company in business incubator successes, it need abundant capitals, because of the ability of business incubator limited, so find the way that make Business Incubator and venture capital is very urgent. Now they are seeking better development model.Through compared the Business Incubator and venture investment and with reference of both domestic and international study on incubator and venture capital, this paper attempt to research the best measure with Business Incubator and venture investment mixed. The paper is expected to provide a scientific and systematic theoretic base for the development of venture capital and business incubator. And on such a base, they could be improved together.
