Abstract


With the constant expansion of higher education , the number of college graduates has risen sharply and the candidates for student employment and employer recruitment provides a good platform for information sharing . The system is based on C / S software architecture model DELPHI and ADO - based application technology , to ACCESS as a database . Establish and set up with the back-end database , before and after the operation ended design , program writing and debugging are three steps to complete the design and development of graduate employment information management system for students and business users front desk operations and administrators Admin . The system consists of three main functions: basic student information and candidate management , divided into user registration , improve personal resume information and find the corresponding positions and candidates , is the corporate employer storage remind four parts ; basic information and recruitment release and recruitment , corporate after registration through the system , the user can query the information of recruitment candidates candidates as well as basic information about the situation of the students view the candidates , and as corporate corresponding positions to recruit candidates ; system management , administrators can student members and corporate members candidate information management, and enterprise recruiting and student management .
