Abstract


Due to the effect of international financial crisis on our economy, the graduated students’employment situation are facing with severe challenges. College graduate is our valuable human resources. With the international financial crisis developing, our employment situation is very austere.So how to make college graduates employyed deserves further analysis. and statistics annually the employment situation is in charge of employment of staff was very important job, The distribution of employment makes statistical analysis become more difficult.Therefore, quickly access to the employment situation of graduates, and make corresponding policies and measures are particularly important.Statistical information on current graduates are the most primitive way to collect and analyze, but it is very difficult to do so. in this system, the easily accessed B/S mode with the browser which could come with the operating system was used for the users’convenience to access. the Unified Modeling Language UML was used to visually model the system and the ER diagram of the conceptual using to model underlying databases. The system integration framework was Used on the base of J2EE, SSH technology as a system of struts of the infrastructure and Struts was used as the system’s overall infrastructure, which is responsible for separation of MVC, in the Struts framework of the model, the persist framework was supported by Hibernate, and the business layer was supported by Spring, in addition, the filter was used to solve garbage problem and the rights of Chinese characters judgments.The system functions can be divided into the students’employment information collection and the analysis of students’employment information, which are stations of the system message, data maintenance, announcements management, employment information,Open WEB-based information management platform of graduates could be achieved through the establishment of this system, to give the employment of university departments in charge of the employment information a real-time analysis, provide the most accurate information to college students; and the strict authentication and authorization mechanisms can also be given for different types of users with different operating authorit. In addition, in this System, there is still room for improvement in some parts.
