The method of Chinese teaching in Our country in the new period began to think over themselves since MR. Lv Shuxiang criticized the Chinese teaching of middle school as little, slow, poor and waste ,and try to do everything in good way by heart continuely.The claim of teaching effectively is more and more urgent. In The National educational development plan, it is said to guide by the relief of studying the whole life and under the way of teaching and learning., reform the education in school the further more,, pay more attention to the training of the students’ consciousness and ability to learn, stand the good foundation for their lifelong learning and development in the further.At the same time, reform the teaching system continually and enhance the character of open, flexible in school education, make the school education play an important rule inin the construction of learning-oriented society."Pursue the effective teaching and get rid of invalid teaching, inefficient teaching even "short-term behavior class teaching". "Teaching should be arouse, maintain, promote the students’ progress development behavior." The historical mission of Chinese education requires the Chinese education workers do the things from the long-term education goals, while not only pay more attention on short-term effect. The theory of Teaching effectively by Wei Shusheng, not only improves the classroom efficiency, but also lay a foundation for student’s lifelong development.This paper tries to explain the long-term effective of Wei shusheng’s claim through three chapters. In the first chapter,Wei Shusheng try to describe the teaching phenomenon through the external performance of lifelong development. In the second chapter, through the analyze of the effective teaching methods carried out by Wei Shusheng, we know how to develop the habit for students to study by themselves effectively and in the long-term, and lay a good foundation for them, and through the "the moral education of the quality education is the first training" "pay attention to the interaction between the six-step teaching methodology" "Chinese knowledge system planning and integrated" and so on three aspects, we know how in the classroom is Wei Shushengr to implement effective teaching. In the third Chapter, through the analysis of the phenomenon and the implementation method of summary, summarized the teaching ideas of Wei Shusheng. The teaching methods of Wei Shusheng in both untraditional, innovation, famous by distinct novel teaching methods. These education thoughts is the individual characteristics to different Wei Shusheng during the same period between other Chinese educators, and to it plays a rule in certain reference value and significance for the present Chinese education reform. Hope this paper can provide reference for others.
