Abstract


The consumer psychological research is the important supporting system of industrial design research, but now most of the research in the field of industrial design basic still stays in the narrow sense the humanized design is on the discussion on the relationship between the product and people, the focus is on the microscopic man-machine interface, it is not comprehensive. In this age of consumer oriented, the psychology of design and contact more and more closely, whether attaches great importance to this association has become an important part of product design. To meet consumer needs and preferences of the product will have more chance. And the product form design, often play an important role in it. Kitchen scale, for example, this paper through theoretical research and investigation analysis method, discusses using consumer questionnaire at the early stage of the design product market analysis and positioning, using semantic difference analysis method to evaluate product form, consumer preferences on an important guiding role to the whole design process, can make the design in the right direction, reduce the risk of design and development. Through the study of consumer psychology, can be more objective understanding of consumer needs, come to the conclusion that close to the market demand, and thus play a guiding role.
