Abstract


Using XRD, IR, FTIR, TEM and other testing methods to study the synthesis of pyrite with different secondary structures α-.Fe 2 O 3 process route and experimental conditions . Optimized Pyrite sulfuric acid leaching process parameters and their roasting leach solution by precipitation of Ferric then dissolved in distilled water purification process parameters. Determined to Fe (OH) 3 as precursor hydrothermal synthesis size relative to a single spherical and spindle -shaped α-Fe 2 O 3 and Fe (OH) 3 surface modified by n-butanol synthesis after calcination square α-Fe2O 3 nanocrystals process parameters. Analysis of pyrite roasting sulfuric acid solution and the leach solution yellow jarosite crystals precipitated reaction mechanism , and analyzed the crystal growth agent NaH 2 PO 4 right hydrothermal Synthesis of α-Fe 2 O 3 secondary structure of the mechanism and Fe (OH) 3 surface modification of surface modification - forged burning synthesis α-Fe 2 O 3 secondary structure of the mechanism .
