Abstract


As enterprises continue to grow and develop , contract management is becoming increasingly complex , the contract effective management directly affect the smooth progress of the project . For traditional contract management , on the one hand , low utilization of data , on the other hand is expanding the amount of data , which leads to companies not be able to efficiently manage the contract . In order to enable enterprises to better contract management, the introduction of information technology to develop the contract management system to meet business needs is imminent . This paper outlines the contract management research background , a brief description of the contract management system at home and abroad , and introduces the core technology . Needs analysis carried out by the contract management system , development model , and then proceed to the Design and Implementation of the contract management system . Contract management systems can use a variety of techniques to achieve . In this paper, the most mature at this stage to be implemented based on the MVC framework Struts , and relatively more general use Struts 2 . The paper describes a software engineering approach to modeling , including needs analysis , implementation, database design . The emphasis is on Struts 2 to build the entire system , the design and implementation of a contract management system , and to realize the shortcomings of the system to put forward some ideas and improvements . ?
