Objective To investigate the MR perfusion imaging of intracranial lesions in the relative value and focus on evaluation of tumor blood volume (rCBV) in the preoperative assessment of pathological grading of gliomas . Materials and Methods 53 patients with brain lesions in patients with glioma ( including recurrence ) in 23 cases, 12 cases of metastatic tumors , meningioma, 4 cases , 1 case of ependymoma , hemangioblastoma four cases , cavernous hemangioma 3 cases , 4 cases of encephalitis , cerebral radiation necrosis in 2 cases. All patients underwent conventional MR scan , enhanced scan and MR imaging examination. Corresponding contralateral white matter regions as a reference to calculate the relative cerebral blood volume of each lesion (rCBV). The results of high -grade gliomas ( 13 cases ) of rCBV value 9.38 ± 6.52 (1.77 ~ 35.70), low-grade gliomas ( 10 cases ) rCBV value 2.41 ± 1.24 (1.17 ~ 4.33). There was significant difference between the two (t = 2.82, p = 0.012 lt; 0.05). Hemangioblastoma , gliomas , metastatic tumors , meningioma, ependymoma showed high perfusion , while encephalitis , cerebral radiation necrosis performance Low / etc. perfusion. Among them, hemangioblastoma rCBV showed the highest value . Conclusion MR imaging of brain lesions can be observed hemodynamic changes in the preoperative evaluation of pathological grade glioma help.
