Abstract


Electronic information technology is the trend of world’s society and economic development, and it is the only way of enterprises to improve the core competitive power to achieve greater development. As an important part of enterprise management, the quality data management system will have great changes with the rapid development of electronic information construction. Quality data management, as the indispensable part of enterprise management, plays a very important role in enterprises’ IT construction. It can been foreseen that the application and development of the quality data management system will have positive and far-reaching influence on core competitiveness of enterprises.To design and implement the quality management system, the main task is system analysis and database design of business process, and final implementation in the system platform, according to the full understanding of the enterprises’demand of quality data management subsystem. Specifically, in the company’s intranet, we use the Server with Windows 2000 based system as the Web Server, SQL server as the background database Server, VisualStudido.NET as the front developing tools for database, and adopt the ADO.NET as database programming interfaces to operate the database, Asp.Net to network programming. The quality management system should be constructed based on B/S model and applied in LAN. The quality data management subsystem includes four modules, System configuration, Manufacture workshop, Data input and Report query.The thesis has been written base on my responsibility in the quality management system, including the quality testing technology standard module, system requirement analysis and on-line quality inspection module. The thesis has analyzed the business processes of the quality data management subsystem, and has systematically described the function structure, data processing procedure, database logical design physical design, interface design, and implementation process of the quality testing technology standard module.Since the implementation of the quality data management system, it has a good effect on optimizing the quality management procedure, reduction the cost of production quality, improving the management method of internal company operation, integrating resources and facilitating daily work of staff, etc.
