Abstract


The process of industrial enterprises to continuously improve their competitiveness and to occupy a favorable position in the market , more and more attention to the construction of enterprise information , the use of advanced control concepts and software technologies to enhance the existing production capacity . However the prevalence of advanced control software features a single, the various software integration and interoperability poor characteristics , makes difficult for enterprises to make comprehensive use of the software , play to the overall advantages . In this context , as the research advanced control software integrated data platform , as the core platform for the real-time database , OPC technology as the main data communication , not only has the general function of the real-time database , but also to provide better advanced control software support . This paper first introduces some basic knowledge of the advanced control software and real-time database , then systematically analyzed the necessity and functional requirements of the integrated platform , integrated data platform data access is determined by comparing the way the proposed integration platform architecture design and analysis of the advantages of the system structure design . The focus of this study is the realization of the integration platform OPC Data Access interface , including the implementation of OPC data server program and OPC client program . The in -depth study of the OPC DA specification and COM technology based on the data structure from the server , the server address browser space the OPC server registration and data communication introduced the development process and methods of the OPC server program ; OPC client the realization of the program , the paper mainly describes the data structure of the client , the STA thread created STA thread . The final design of the integrated platform for real-time database access interface , and implemented OPC server and client were tested . Integrated data platform for the design of advanced control software based on OPC technology , so that users do not have to care about the preparation of the various drivers and communication program , read the required real-time and historical data , will mainly focus for the development of advanced control software and development. Therefore, the research and development of advanced control software integrated data platform has broad market prospects and good practicality .
