Abstract


The Government Procurement Agreement ( Government procurement Agreement , GPA ) is a plurilateral trade agreements , one of the \internationalization and liberalization of the legal documents. Although China has not yet signed the agreement , but it is only a matter of time before the signing of the Agreement . In order to accelerate the pace of China's accession to the Government Procurement Agreement , the Agreement on Government Procurement \In addition to the preface and conclusion , the paper consists of three chapters : the first chapter is an overview of the basic issues on government procurement ; Chapter II is the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement ; Chapter deficiencies of the legal system of China 's government procurement and improvement .
