Abstract


Enterprise-wide risk management is to manage enterprise risk a new method . It will penetrate the enterprise risk management organization , the entire business processes and corporate culture, and business plans , goal setting, decision making and management activities into other sectors together and mutual cooperation and coordination. It is to be integrated throughout the organization to consider the environmental , strategic , operational and financial risks. Enterprise-wide risk management helps the senior management of life insurance companies make decisions . At the organizational level , it helps the various departments and agencies on a strategic level thinking on the problem and improve their ability to exercise power . On the individual , it helps enterprises of all staff to acquire new skills and enhance their participation , assess and manage risks. In Western countries, the overall risk management has been a good development in the economic theory and the life insurance business management and more attention. But in China , risk management is still quite backward , the overall risk management system is still at the beginning of the process of research and exploration . With the development of market economy in an increasingly competitive environment, risk management will also become an important activity of life insurance companies , so China's life insurance industry risk management in-depth study has very important practical significance. I believe that in an increasingly complex environment that encourages innovation and life insurance companies who have the desire to create improvements in their work, which is very important. Although , currently in China to promote enterprise-wide risk management there are many difficulties , but the idea is to help improve the status of China's life insurance industry risk management . This paper will analyze the development of China's life insurance industry and the risks , so that insurance companies realize the importance of risk management . And suggested that Chinese cultural infiltration from life insurance companies , the establishment of an overall risk management organizational framework to start, in the formation of humanities -oriented overall risk management basis, and gradually promote a higher level of overall risk management .
