Abstract


The management of the enterprise cost is that enterprises pursuing the maximum of enterprise value to construct, obtaining it in the management course of greater economic benefits, the important means adopted in controlling the cost and lowering costs, the construction cost management of highway project is an important sconomic activity of a construction enterprise. It is the daily central task of operating of enterprise that does the project cost of the construction enterprise. It is significant.This dissertation research to highway road surface problem of the project cost management of highway construction of M Company mainly. This dissertation has summed up the theory of cost management of the project construction at first, including the concept and content of the project management, general procedure, composition and influence factor analysis, cost office procedure, etc. the content of project construction, the project construction cost, the project construction management. Then this dissertation analyze highway road surface project construction cost, M Company, form and manage the existing problem, including the basic situation of the company and construction craft, the expenses of the projectconstruction form such contents as analysis , thinking of improvement of managing the existing problem , project construction cost management of project construction cost ,etc. Chapter four this dissertation research highway material purchase cost that road surface construct control, including company’s current materials procurement hyper visor and having case study, material control, cost of management take someanalysis, bid conceptual design, choice of supplier of material procurement ,etc.content of materials procurement. Chapter five this dissertation research highway road surface construct cost of mechanical equipment control, including themechanical equipment and construction course that highway road surface constructs, highway road surface construct person who select of mechanical equipment and combined method , pitch mixture pavers construction ability optimize the content of studying etc..This dissertation has not only the real value for M Company improving the level of the project cost, but also consulting function for other company’s management of the highway road surface project cost
