Abstract


21st century , based on the information technology as the representative of the global era of economic interaction , ERP representatives of progress in today's world of business and management technology . The investment in the ERP manufacturing enterprises is an important step to promote the enterprise management information . Enterprise performance management system exposed many flaws in the ERP environment , businesses want an invincible position in the fierce competition in the international market , thinking , problem solving must proceed from a strategic perspective , the objectives and decision - making should of short-term conversion to the strategic . Therefore, the performance management system should be followed inward-looking from the simple to the internal and external integration type changes. Balanced scorecard as a performance management tool , the biggest feature is the ability to adapt to the needs of the corporate strategic management and comprehensive evaluation of the strategic results of operations of the enterprise . Therefore, in the ERP environment is built based on the Balanced Scorecard performance management system is to achieve long-term development of China's large and medium-sized enterprises . The purpose of this study foundation for the existing problems in China 's Enterprise Performance Management System ERP environment to absorb the Balanced Scorecard theory and ERP management thinking , learn from theory and research methods , the ERP environment is constructed based on balanced scorecard performance management system . Paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter introduces the research background , significance , content and ideas and research at home and abroad made ??a presentation ; second chapter introduces the the ERP theory of performance management and balanced scoring card method and theory , and pointed out that the correspondence between ERP system and the Balanced Scorecard , which is the theoretical basis of the thesis ; Chapter in the second chapter of the theoretical basis for the construction of the enterprise performance management system in ERP environment research , enterprise performance management framework built ERP environment and design a performance management system based on ERP environment . Chapters IV and V is the empirical part of the thesis , K corporate performance management problems , to build a performance management system is applied to K Company , further research and analysis ; Chapter VI of this article was the final conclusions , and outlook .
