Abstract


Loess Plateau is the birthplace of the Chinese nation, but because of the long-term predatory exploitation of land resources severely degraded, fragmented terrain, soil erosion is very serious, the sustainable use of land resources pose a huge threat, but will seriously affect the Loess Plateau, and the Yellow River River region's economic and social sustainable development. Papers Ansai County of Shaanxi Province as the background area, the reason is very typical county in the Loess Plateau. Its overall research article idea is: to explore the sustainable use of land resources in the basic category, build empirical research and theoretical basis for the application of policies, through the regional characteristics of the natural environment and traditional land use patterns in-depth analysis, combined with field trips research, systematic study of Ansai County land resources development and utilization of the natural and socio-economic conditions, summarizes the characteristics of the county's land resources utilization status, revealing its land use problems and adverse consequences, made towards sustainable land-use new ideas. Main contents are as follows: First, summarizes the characteristics of Ansai County Land Resources and Utilization. Secondly, tells the story of Ansai County land use when problems: (1) the contradiction between people increasingly acute: less land difficult to curb the momentum: the per capita area of ??land resources dwindling. (2) land use structure is not rational: cropping unreasonable; residential land continues to grow, the low level of construction land; gardens occupy basic farmland is serious; extensive land use patterns; severe land degradation and ecological deterioration. Reasons for the existence of the problem are the following: (a) difficult to ease the contradiction between people and land. (2) land management system is not perfect. Finally, is based on the use of land resources in the analysis of problems, propose solutions to problems conception: (1) the relationship of people to achieve coordinated development is the key to the sustainable use of land resources. (2) the sustainable use of land resources, guiding principles and strategic objectives. (3) the sustainable use of land resources in Ansai County fundamental way. Finally ways to solve problems and countermeasures: (1) sustainable use pathways: the rational use of land; promote agricultural restructuring; control the population and improve the quality of the population. (2) the sustainable use of land resources, institutional measures: sound land management system; establish an effective mechanism for economic regulation; improve agricultural land property rights system; improve the basic farmland protection system.
