Abstract


This paper based on the reality of our country market reform, the application of regulation theory, the road transportation regulation basis and regulation method was studied. In foreign road transportation regulation experience on the basis of our country road transportation regulation analysis of existing problems, and puts forward our country road transport regulation reform ideas and concrete measures for the reform. This paper is to apply a new local regulation theory, according to their own economic characteristics of road transportation, this paper discusses the theoretical basis of the road transport regulation - externalities, the road transport regulation theory for a tentative research.
