With ecological and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent and globalization, more and more widespread application of satellite remote sensing technology in the field of ecological environment monitoring, and this understanding of the necessity and urgency has been the world accepted by the world almost every countries, without exception, the master and the use of satellite remote sensing technology remote sensing monitoring of the ecological environment as the focus of its research and applications. This has greatly contributed to the ecological environment of remote sensing technology continues to mature, on the other hand also contributed to the ecological environment application of satellite remote sensing theory and method of the continuous deepening. In recent years, a large number of domestic and international practice shows that remote sensing technology is a powerful tool for eco-environmental information, the use of remote sensing technology to monitor a wide range of ecological environment changes in time-saving, labor-saving, so the development of the application of satellite remote sensing technology in the ecological environment has a very important significance. The use of remote sensing technology to monitor changes in the ecological environment is a long-term, complex system engineering, which involves a number of urgent research and cutting-edge technology to solve the problem, including the monitoring of remote sensing thematic information extraction and remote sensing monitoring methods is a concern the focus. Solution for remote sensing thematic information extraction and Remote Sensing problem mainly from the formation and implementation of a limited area, but due to the remote sensing technology to the complexity of many uncertainties, so that these methods in other regions or over large areas The high precision work in practical applications often need to be adjusted and parameters of the model re-select, and sometimes need to seek new methods and models to solve practical problems. In this paper, the ecological environment of the Tarim River Basin remote sensing monitoring project, the status quo of this particular region of the Tarim River Basin Ecological Environment Monitoring Using Remote Sensing, TM / ETM and SPOT remote sensing data focused on monitoring the ecological environment of the Tarim River Basin vegetation, land desertification, soil salinization, land use four environmental factors in remote sensing thematic information extraction research, the practical set of information extraction processes and algorithms to establish the mathematical model and the information Methods of Isolating a certain degree of accuracy assessment; In addition, we also used the previous stage of information extraction results of the regional ecological environment change remote sensing dynamic monitoring method were studied. The test results show that, for this particular region of the Tarim River Basin, the proposed vegetation and land use information extraction using density segmentation and hierarchical classification combined land desertification and soil salinization information extraction using GIS-assisted remote sensing image classification The extraction method is very good to solve the problem of information extraction; Remote Sensing Dynamic Monitoring, images and pictures of extraction of land use change in spots, the results show that the achieved good results.
