Abstract


The main purpose of this paper is to analyze and evaluate impact of cable-stayed viscous shear damper damping effect of various factors . First describes the cable-stayed common wind -induced vibration and vibration characteristics, and describes the current cable-stayed damping measures and their problems . Then the vibration damping mechanism of classification and a brief introduction. According to the domestic viscous shear damper research status, as well as our group in recent years cable vibration encountered in the design process , in particular strand cable , using ANSYS finite element program in conjunction with the Task Force developed computer program to analyze impact viscous shear damper damping effect factor. Finally, in Anqing Yangtze River Bridge on the actual bridge test, verify damper damping effect and design methods used on the feasibility of the cable strand .
