Abstract

Concrete is the most important materials in civil engineering. Such material has many advantages, but there are large contraction, tensile strength and compressive strength ratio, and low fracture toughness of the essential weakness, along with a substantial increase in the compressive strength of cement-based materials, shrinkage and brittleness problem more prominent. Concrete defects limit the scope and effect of its application. Therefore, in order to fully overcome the above drawbacks, the most effective method is mixed with fibers. Fiber concrete can effectively improve the performance of concrete. Exploration and research to better enhance the toughening effect can have a binding of a better interface and compatibility, and the construction is convenient, economically viable fiber reinforced material for the to improve cement concrete materials in portland cement concrete. toughness, with a certain sense of reality. This article explores a new type of concrete reinforcing material - brucite fiber, research and analysis the interfacial properties of brucite fiber reinforced concrete. And reached the following conclusions: First, the introduction of a variety of physical and chemical properties of brucite fiber. Second, due to the special structure of the natural brucite fiber (fiber bundles of tiny fibers), in order to make the brucite fiber concrete better play enhancements and toughening effect before the fibers were added to the concrete the first fibers dispersed brucite fiber dispersion experimental study found that the UNF-MA naphthalene superplasticizer on the the brucite fiber dispersion effect significant. By a large number of experiments to study the performance of the the brucite fiber concrete / cement interface. By means of scanning electron microscopy, electron microprobe and differential thermal analysis tools to analyze a the brucite fiber concrete interfacial adhesion and stability. Through research and analysis, it is found that the brucite fiber concrete is basically stable and summarizes an effective way to improve the interfacial bond. Then the use of fiber-reinforced cement-based composite tension failure mode theory and the method to calculate the critical length and critical fiber volume ratio, combined with specific experimental data analysis of the different types of brucite fiber reinforced concrete tensile failure mode, summarizes the optimum length and volume rate of the brucite fiber reinforced concrete. Concluded the performance of the brucite fiber concrete interface that better the brucite fiber concrete interface adhesion; brucite fiber concrete stable; superplasticizer brucite fiber dispersion effect, make it brucite fiber in the concrete from the enhanced and toughening effect. Then put forward proposals and ideas for further research.
