Abstract

Fiber reinforced concrete has been widely used in the international military , water, construction , highways and other areas, it has become more research , a wider application of cement-based composite materials , and the development prospects. But now, with a natural mineral fiber reinforced concrete study abroad is still blank , domestic research has just started, and brucite mineral fiber prices are pretty cheap and of Shaanxi brucite mineral fiber resources are abundant , so brucite mineral fibers in reinforced concrete has broad prospects . In this paper, a large number of concrete flexural fatigue test , obtained at different levels of water stress brucite fiber concrete fatigue life , and then use the original Weibull distribution theory test data conducted a statistical analysis, the reliability of the estimated amount of different single- logarithmic fatigue and double logarithmic equations and P-N curves , taking into account a certain safety margin given a reference value of brucite fiber reinforced concrete single logarithmic equation with double logarithmic fatigue . Meanwhile, in the composition of the concrete structure and the basic theory of fiber reinforced concrete based on the analysis explores the brucite fiber reinforced cement concrete reinforcement mechanism , concrete failure mechanism and mechanism of fatigue damage .
