Abstract


Civil liability lawyer is a lawyer practicing lawyers engaged in the process of legal services , attorney malpractice actions should bear corresponding civil liability . Establish sound system of civil liability lawyers , lawyers in order to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests , to improve the community 's trust in the legal profession , but also conducive to the healthy development of the legal profession . Civil liability is a civil lawyer , it is a form of expert liability , civil liability both contractual liability lawyers have tort liability. Advocate the rights of civil liability lawyers and lawyers in the legal knowledge who is unequal , the right holder in a weak position. In this paper, the law applicable to civil liability lawyer starting its constituent elements were discussed , and the actual appearance of a case study , and finally combined with China's actual situation, the lawyers professional liability insurance and related systems put forward their own ideas.
